Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These general terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the Doktor platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible via the website and mobile applications, as well as the rights and obligations of users.

The Doktor Platform is a service connecting patients and healthcare professionals in Morocco. It enables searching for doctors, viewing profiles and booking appointments online.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Doktor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial modification by email or notification on the Platform.

3. Registration and User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, the user must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity carried out from their account.

There are two types of accounts: - Patient Account: allows searching for doctors, viewing profiles and booking appointments. - Doctor Account: allows creating a professional profile, managing schedules and receiving appointments.

4. Services Offered

The Platform offers the following services: - Search for doctors by city, specialty and availability - View detailed practitioner profiles (education, fees, patient reviews) - Online appointment booking - Schedule management for doctors - Review and rating system

Doktor does not in any way substitute for a medical consultation. The Platform is a connection tool and does not provide medical advice.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration - Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes - Respect other users and healthcare professionals - Not publish defamatory or misleading content in reviews - Honor appointments booked via the Platform or cancel them within a reasonable time

6. Pricing

Use of the Platform is free for patients.

For doctors, Doktor offers several subscription plans with advanced features. Doktor does not charge any commission on doctors' fees.

7. Personal Data Protection

Doktor is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (texts, images, logos, design) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Doktor makes every effort to ensure the reliability and availability of the Platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Doktor is not responsible for: - The quality of care provided by listed doctors - Information provided by doctors on their profiles - Appointment cancellations by either party

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
